- Select your preferred LED light and massage mode.
- Gently glide the device from bottom to top on your face and neck using upward motions.
- Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to switch off after use.
Recommended: Use each mode once daily. The device recommends using all three modes in succession once daily.
