What are essential oils?

Essential oils are compounds extracted from plants. The oils capture the plant's scent and flavor, or "essence."Unique aromatic compounds give each essential oil its characteristic essence. Essential oils are obtained through distillation (via steam and/or water) or mechanical methods, such as cold pressing. Pure essential oils should be used only after dilution.

What are carrier oils?

Carrier oil, also known as base oil or vegetable oil, is used to dilute essential oils and absolutes before they are applied to the skin in massage and aromatherapy. They are so named because they carry the essential oil onto the skin.

Can face oils be combined?

Most skin types will find facial oils hydrating enough to use on their own, but its totally safe and effective to mix them into your moisturizer or even layer underneath. Just as your body needs different nutrients from different foods, your skin will benefit from using a blend of oils instead of just one.

What are bath salts?

Bath salts are water-soluble, pulverized minerals that are added to water to be used for bathing. They are said to improve cleaning, enhance the enjoyment of bathing, and serve as a vehicle for cosmetic agents. Bath salts have been developed which mimic the properties of natural mineral baths or hot springs. Some bath salts contain glycerine so the product will act as an emollient, humectants or lubricant. Fragrances and colors are often added to bath salts; the fragrances are used to increase users' enjoyment of the bathing experience.

Will face oils make me break out?

Typically, applying too much oil on your skin may create an oil film that prevents the skin from breathing, and may even clog pores and result in breakouts. If you're in the market for a new face oil that doesn't result in blemishes, you'll want to make sure it includes very low percentages of comedogenic ingredients.

How often do I use the face oils?

You can use the face oils twice a day for better results. As we have a combo of Radiance day face elixir and Revival night face elixir.

How long do essential oils last?

Essential oils which contain a lot of phenol's may last up to 3 years. Essential oils which contain ketones, monoterpenols, and/or esters have a shelf life of 4-5 years. The potentially longest-lasting essential oils contain lots of sesquiterpenes and sesquiterpenols which can last up to 6 years and more.

What’s your return and exchange policy?

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. What should I do if I have a reaction (side effect) to a product?

If you experience discomfort before the 24-hour period ends, immediately wash the area with soap and warm water. Avoid product usage for 3 days and then see the changes on skin.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes they are suitable for sensitive skin.
Patch test:

Patch tests allow you to see how your skin reacts to a particular oil before you perform a full application. Here are the steps for conducting a patch test:

Wash your forearm with unscented soap.

  1. Pat dry.
  2. Rub a few drops of diluted essential oil into a small patch of your forearm.
  3. Wait 24 hours.
  4. Remove the gauze.

If the skin patch is red, itchy, blistering, or swollen, you have had an adverse reaction to the oil and should discontinue use. If you experience discomfort before the 24-hour period ends, immediately wash the area with soap and warm water.
