After cleansing your face apply the RAS Rose Nectar Face Spritz & use 2-3 drops of RAS Face Elixir. This will enhance product penetration and will allow better movement of the tool. Use the tool to gently massage your face as per directions given inside the box.

Feeling cheated

Placed my first order in the offer period but received a roller that does not work after putting battery , and the other freebies are actually very miniature sized trial packs, which was not mentioned in the first place. After placing a complaint also they do not even bother to reply. Never again will I buy or recommend such expensive useless products with no customer service at all

received broken tool, not replaced

The bundle offer is the reason I made a purchase in the first place. So although it is effective marketing, it is also false marketing since RAS is delivering faulty, broken, defective products to lure customers. I have paid full amount for the bundle offer, out of which half the products are not usable. Even after reporting not just one but two broken unusable products, RAS is not replacing the items! That is very disappointing customer service not expected from a reputed and growing brand. Which is why I have lost trust in RAS as a brand, and will definitely not risk buying from RAS again.

Good but not durable

While the effect of using this tool is really visible, I am very disappointed as it developed crack and got loose from the thread after using it just for five times. The customer support team raised their hands saying they can't do anything as it was delivered before 15 days. It is not worth this high price if they can not deliver quality.

I got this in buy 1 get 1 offer... this is best buy only at this offer else i would say it is of high cost only.... its effective and good as of now when used with Elixir oils...
